+The location of the hotel is quite good, near to a few restaurants, only 15/20 minutes walk to Central and near to beach. +Staff were very friendly and accommodating. +Free Breakfast was quite good, especially the egg making station! Butter and jam provided, as well as fresh fruit. Coffee nice in coffee machine. +Cleanliness was quite clean, bedsheets were nice. +2 Towels and 2 Hand towels were provided. +The bed was firm but fairly comfortable. +The Air con was strong. +Mini fridge in room very useful. +Nice bathroom with good water pressure. +Free umbrellas to borrow when raining. +Good hairdryer in room. +Swimming pools if you want to use. +There is a lift/elevator.

I enjoyed my stay at Ploen Chaweng by Tolani! I booked the airport transfer through the hotel and highly recommend it — the price is fair, and you don’t have to worry about anything. Check-in was fast, and the staff spoke good English. My room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom, quiet air conditioning, and an incredibly comfy bed and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the security system is excellent — I felt very safe. Special thanks for your support and kindness — you're truly amazing! I’ll come back. Also, the location is great!

This modern-looking boutique hotel is close to the beach (10 minutes walk). The location is great, with plenty of restaurants, services and bars around. The staff was so incredibly sweet and helpful! They provide you with beach towels, which is super convenient. The room had a laundry bag, beach flip-flops, robes, which comes handy in case of a longer stay. Overall, it is a great value for money.

This hotel was an absolute stand out. The owner Olivia was very welcoming and hospitable. She also spoke very, very good English as did the other staff members. Everything about this hotel was great. I loved the decor and the furnishings. Two excellent pools. A good variety of choices at breakfast fresh omelettes, scrambled and poached eggs to order). In addition to fresh fruit salds. To name but a few. The hotel was in an excellent location. Minutes away from shops, cafes and beach.

Great staff, clean rooms, generally good amenities, location and interiors. In my room the toilet and shower were separate which was extra bonus. Bed was good, pillows were from different era's which worked out great cause I like thin ones, where as some might prefer big and fluffy.

Ploen was great location Only 15 minutes walk to centre of Chaweng or 5 minutes ride in taxi costing 2 baht Plenty of restaurants & bars within 1 minutes walk from hotel Beautiful Beach 5 minutes walk or relax on the rooftop plunge pool, lounge And of course 2 minutes to the 7/11

nicely decorated rooms, honest staff and they were helpful and informative especially when accommodating us wanting to stay an extra night.
